Our Programs

• Families Beyond Transition (FBT)
  
  FBT is a subsidized housing service which provides fifteen apartments where homeless/working poor families can stay.
  
  They help families to budget their finances, pay off debts, and save money to move into their own permanent housing.
  
  
• Rental Assistance
  
  A program for the prevention of eviction and homelessness.
  
  
• Emergency Motel Vouchers
  
  Motel vouchers are provided for homeless families with children. These vouchers are available for up to one week based on a developed case plan with a social worker, on a case per case basis.
  
  
• Food Closet
  
  Staples are provided for families served by our program.

• Utilities
  
  Limited funding. Services concentrated on the Sacramento South Area.
