Supportive Services
Caseworkers are on duty to respond to
calls; they provide assessment of the problems, intervention when appropriate,
and comprehensive information and referrals to community resources.
During office hours, caseworkers conduct one-on-one interviews with clients and provide both office intervention, and, when necessary, field assistance.
Additional Supportive
Services:
Food, infant diapers, furniture, and
other household goods are provided for the clients served in out FBT Program.
Case management is provided to all of the program participants. A case plan is required before funds can be granted.

The need for our services:
Over the last two years TAEAA has received many calls requesting emergency services and/or referrals affecting nearly 50,000 people, including 30,000 children.
